AIR LEAK TEST SYSTEM

This customized designed air leak test system is used for leak testing of medical equipment. Our broad product range allows us to cover most applications with testers specifically designed for the intended test configuration. The leak test is clean, fast, non-destructive and repeatable. Using compressed nitrogen stored in a steel cylinder as a test gas source is safe, convenient and efficient. According to the different needs of customers, one gas booster can be installed as optional for higher test pressure.

Application: Mobile cart for aircraft tire charging Description: 1. Directly takes in vapourized liquid nitrogen and boosting it to suitable pressure for charging aircraft tires. 2. Comes with 4 hose outlets. 3. We helped save cost by re-furbishing their current assets.

Application: Blowout Preventer Testing, Hydraulic Test Bay Setup, Automated Accumulator Charging, PLC Controls Description: 1. CHEMICAL INJECTION MODULE (IRCD)

Requires one high pressure line reducing the number of pumps required, regardless of number of injection points. 4. Can be customized based on requirements.

CHOKE AND KILL CONTROL PANEL

Application: For operating the choke and kill manifold. Description: 1. A teamed project with the client to meet end-user’s requirement. 2. We improved their delivery lead time to end-user because the system is locally assembled by our own team of in-house technicians. 3. Easier management for the client as we are the sole point of contact for all issues with regards to the system.

Application: For opening and closing of SSSV and SSGV as well as performing hydrostatic pressure test.
Description:
1. Customized for offshore use.
2. Due to space constraint, all components are fitted within pre-designed skid.
3. Hosereels able to neatly house high pressure hoses and prevents entanglement.

MINI FULLY AUTOMATIC LIQUID HI LO SYSTEM

The fully automatic liquid hi lo system aims at improving client’s overall efficiency with lesser manpower. Clients have the option to control the system manually via the controls on the unit panel or via a customized Human-Machine Interface (HMI). In manual mode, operators require only buttons push and dials turning together with digital displays to achieve their desired pressure.
In auto mode, pre-set steps & recipes within the HMI application will run the unit as desired with minimal intervention. HMI controls can be position away from the hi lo system such as within a control room. Further configurations allow a single HMI to control multiple liquid hi lo-s on the production floor.

N2 PRESSURE REGULATING SYSTEM WITH CHART RECORDER

Application: Gas Regulator, Gas Transfer Description: 1. Pressure Regulating System is able to regulate a steady stream of gas at a desired pressure. 2. The system is not only limited to Nitrogen, but also suitable for other inert gases as well. 3. Equip with high-quality components such as De Wit chart recorder and Tescom regulator. 4. Max working pressure 6000Psi (414 Bar) 5. Able to customize system max pressure to your own requirement

NITROGEN BUFFER TANK

Application: Prevents vacuum when nitrogen supply volume drops and storage for later use. Description: 1. Usually a portion of a complete gas generation and supply system. 2. Prevents vacuum when the nitrogen supply volume drops. 3. Reduces downtime by providing sufficient gas to the facility while repair or maintenance for the gas supply system goes on. 4. Charged pressure and storage volume can be customized upon request. Standard package comes with either 12 or 16 bottles of 50 liter receivers. 5. Can come with load test, NDT cert and lifting cert where required.

NITROGEN GENERATOR SYSTEM

Application: Provide continuous supply of industrial grade nitrogen. Description: 1. System will extract industrial grade nitrogen from atmospheric air. 2. Suitable for high consumption clients who require constant supply of nitrogen. 3. The system is not limited to only generating nitrogen. Other types of gases in the atmosphere can also be extracted. 4. Suitable gas receivers can be integrated to the system for storage of the extracted gas. Gases can also be used directly.
